All readings booked are subjected to the following policy:​

• If you miss your phone/video call you will be called a second time then we will extend a text message. You have within 10 minutes of your scheduled time to return the call. If you miss the grace period you will have to reschedule.

• If you have not submitted your payment for your phone call Reading within two hours of your booking time it is subject to being canceled.

​

• If your reader reschedules you'll have the option to reschedule, receive a refund, or receive credit toward another reading.

​

• If you did not book a call reading please refer to the reading type you booked to better gauge the window of receiving (between the same day and 48 hours, but refer to the specific reading you booked to better help answer your question).​

​

• Same day rescheduling is not an option

​

• All sales/purchases are final​
